General Energy Balancing:
For general energy balancing the user places a finger on the 25mm silver disc on the unit or connects via a small wristwatch size strap to the wrist with the setting on the Resonance Key^® selected to 1 for 15mins.

The "Quantum Star^®" (120mm in diameter) is an amplifying device which can be used in conjunction with the Resonance Key^®.
