Weekly SIP Cheques are proportionally shared amongst the top 1% of Ethos Members, according to the ratio of their personal sales volumes...

Example

100 distributors = 1 distributor receives it
1,000 distributors = 10 distributors receive it 
10,000 distributors = 100 distributors receive it
i.e.

300 distributors x 1% = 3 distributors share the SIP

If the Company turns over £20,000 the SIP is £1,000

 Dist. 1 did 1000 personal volume so receives £500
 Dist. 2 did 500 personal volume so receives £250
 Dist. 3 did 500 personal volume so receives £250
