Company Sales Awarded to Members who sell most Products EVERY WEEK
How does It
Work ?
1)
Each Week 5% of Total Points Value of All Products Sold are transferred
to the SIP.
2)
The Ethos Computer then identifies the Members with the highest Value of
sales that week.
3)
The SIP is distributed to the Top 1% of active Members measured by Sales for
that week. (e.g. 520 active Members in total then 5 split the SIP,
44560 Members in total then 445 split the SIP).
4)
The total SIP is distributed amongst the 1% of active Members in direct proportion
to each individual Members Sales for the week. (e.g. Member A has
sales twice the value of Member B then Member As share of the SIP will be twice that of B). Payment is subject to a maximum of £
1,000 per Member per week. Any surplus is returned to the SIP
for distribution amongst the other Members.
5)
All Members can earn SIP Bonuses Associates and Executive.
6)
Only Products Ordered, Confirmed and Paid for are included. Where there
is a delay, for whatever reason, then the values are
counted in the week when the transaction is finalised.
7)
There is no limit to the number of times an individual Member can qualify
for SIP.
8) Executive
Pack counts twice. For the purpose of identifying the top 1% of Members
who qualify to receive a share of the SIP BOTH the Introducer
and upgrading Member will be allocated the Points for the Executive Kit. The Points will only be counted once when calculating Bonuses and
the actual value of the SIP.
